1.2 Transcripts and Analysis
We create text transcripts from your voice recordings using AI speech-to-text technology. We also generate analytical insights including sentiment analysis, key themes, and summaries.
1.3 Technical Information
We automatically collect certain technical information, including:
- Device type (desktop, mobile, tablet)
- Browser type and version
- IP address (anonymized)
- Page URL and referrer
- Session timestamps
1.4 Account Information
For survey creators, we collect account information including email address, name, and organization/company name.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide voice survey services to you and survey creators
- Generate transcripts and analytical insights from voice responses
- Improve our AI models and service quality
- Communicate with survey creators about their campaigns
- Ensure the security and integrity of our platform
- Comply with legal obligations
3. Third-Party Processing
We use the following third-party services to process your data:
- Google Gemini AI: Processes voice recordings for transcription and conducts AI-powered voice interviews. Google's privacy policy applies to their processing.
- Supabase: Provides database hosting and authentication services. Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure.
- Vercel: Hosts our web application and processes web requests.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data as follows:
- Voice recordings: Retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted
- Transcripts and analysis: Retained for the duration of the survey campaign, plus 12 months for survey creators to access historical data
- Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested
- Technical logs: Retained for up to 30 days
5. Your Rights Under PIPEDA
Under Canadian privacy law, you have the right to:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you
- Correction: Request correction of inaccurate personal information
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information
- Withdraw consent: Withdraw your consent to data processing at any time
- Complaint: File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada

6. Quebec Law 25 Compliance
For residents of Quebec, we comply with Law 25 (Act to modernize legislative provisions respecting the protection of personal information), including:

- Conducting privacy impact assessments for high-risk processing
7. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including:

8. Children's Privacy

- Providing their own privacy notices to respondents as required
- Using collected data only for stated purposes
