Google Gemini AI: Processes voice recordings for transcription and conducts AI-powered voice interviews. Google's privacy policy applies to their processing.
Supabase: Provides database hosting and authentication services. Data is stored in secure cloud infrastructure.
Vercel: Hosts our web application and processes web requests.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data as follows:

Voice recordings: Retained for up to 90 days, then automatically deleted
Transcripts and analysis: Retained for the duration of the survey campaign, plus 12 months for survey creators to access historical data
Account data: Retained until account deletion is requested
Technical logs: Retained for up to 30 days
