4. Survey Creator Responsibilities

As a survey creator, you agree to:

Clearly inform respondents about the purpose of data collection
Comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations
Not use the platform for any unlawful or harmful purposes
Not collect sensitive personal information without explicit consent
Respect respondent privacy and use data only for stated purposes

5. Survey Respondent Terms

As a survey respondent, by participating in a voice survey you acknowledge and agree that:

Your voice will be recorded and processed by AI systems
Your responses will be transcribed and analyzed
Your data will be shared with the survey creator
You are providing responses voluntarily

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SurveyVoice to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Infringe on the rights of others
Collect data from minors without parental consent
Distribute malware or harmful content
Engage in harassment, discrimination, or hate speech
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation
Interfere with the operation of our services
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Collect personal data for spam or unsolicited marketing

7. Intellectual Property

The SurveyVoice platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

You retain ownership of the content you create (surveys, questions, etc.) and the data you collect through our platform. You grant us a limited license to process and store this content to provide our services.

8. Data and Privacy

9. Third-Party Services

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SurveyVoice and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
